WWE continues to ramp up their original content on the WWE Network. As noted last week, they are adding a cruiserweight show called “205” Live later this month and they are now looking at adding an ESPN-style show, according to the WWE Network. They are also looking at using Paul Heyman on the network but it’s not clear if they will be part of the ESPN-style show.
Dave Meltzer noted that the show would be similar to ESPN’s Pardon the Interruption and Peter Rosenberg is a name that has been considered. The company is looking at bringing in names like Taz, Tommy Dreamer and The Dudley Boyz for the network. D-Von Dudley works backstage as a producer and Bubba Ray Dudley remains on good terms with them so the door is always open for Bubba and WWE to work together again.
