WWE’s reported WrestleMania plans for Brock Lesnar

The plans for WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35 are reportedly already in place. Per Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan is for Lesnar to wrestle Seth Rollins at “The Show Of Shows.” Currently, Lesnar is feuding with Braun Strowman on WWE TV. The pair are expected to battle with the Universal Title on the line at the Royal Rumble.

Rollins is currently the WWE Intercontinental Champion and is feuding with Dean Ambrose. It will be interesting to see what will become of Rollins’ and Lesnar’s respective storylines as we approach WrestleMania. The report suggests Vince McMahon has been in a “shaking up plans” mood as of late. A feud¬†with Rollins and Lesnar does make sense. Rollins mentioned Lesnar’s Universal Title win in a promo a few weeks back, seemingly taking a shot at him.

With Lesnar likely leaving WWE for the UFC next year, it would make sense for Lesnar to drop the title to “The Architect.” However, Lesnar could always sign a new deal and retain the title through April. Only time will tell at this point.
