It looks like Braun Strowman will be missing some time from WWE action. Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio reports that Strowman will be undergoing elbow surgery to repair an injury. Strowman was attacked and beat down on last night’s Raw, as Baron Corbin crushed Strowman’s arm with steel steps. This was used as a way to write him off TV in order for Strowman to get surgery and recover. In regards to Strowman’s planned match against Corbin at Tables Ladders and Chairs, Meltzer describes the situation as “touch and go.”
The match all depends on the severity of Strowman’s injury and the recovery process. However, the belief is that Strowman will be good to go come Royal Rumble time for his planned match with Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship. This isn’t the first time Strowman has had issues with his elbow. Last year Strowman also underwent elbow surgery and had to miss a few weeks for recovery. It looks like he’s once again dealing with bone spurs.
